Jessica is the new property manager at Town Square properties in Merritt Island. I have been at Town Square properties for 13 years, and this is the first time I feel the property management and owner are of any use. The old management ook no responsibility and were extremely unhelpful in any situation. Jessica and CAVS have been great in updating the façade, and maintenance of the property. I have had to repair or replace my AC 2 times since being there, it went out again, the previous owners never helped or did anything. Jessica immediately contacted me after hearing that it was out again and sent a maintenance man to look and he was able to repair it on the sport. It was great.
